Plain version: if you ask us for a visit, we keep what you type long enough to call you back, and nothing more.
When you fill in the visit form we collect your salon name, your name, your mobile number and your area. That's it. There's a hidden anti-spam field that only bots fill in — if you're a person, you never see it.
To call you about a visit and, if it's a fit, to arrange one. We don't add you to a marketing list, we don't sell your details, and we don't send you anything you didn't ask for.
Your enquiry is stored in our own records (a private database we run) and triggers a notification to Andrew so he can call you. It's shared with no third parties beyond the tools we use to run those records and hosting.
For as long as we're in conversation, and a reasonable window after. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@fawned.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
